Once you’ve found your perfect property and are ready to rent, we will require the following:
- Application form plus all the relevant paperwork required like passport and utility bill plus payment of the admin fee
- Right to rent checks are carried out
- Guarantors forms are required for students
- Once we are satisfied with all the information and the credit checks are ok, a tenant agreement will be signed and rent in advance plus deposit will be collected before you are moved in
